We work the major load boards, direct broker relationships, and shipper contacts to find freight that actually fits your truck, your hours, and your home time — not just whatever is posted.
Now onboarding carriers — submit your packet today and get your first load offer within 24 hours.
Start Express Onboarding →Dispatch for owner-operators & small fleets
PK Dispatching finds your loads, negotiates the rate, sets you up with brokers, and handles the paperwork — so your wheels keep turning and your invoices get paid. No forced dispatch. No long-term contract. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
The Express Lane
Most carriers finish onboarding in under 20 minutes. If your paperwork is current, we can have a load under you the same business day.
Drop in your authority letter, W-9, certificate of insurance, and signed dispatch agreement. Drag-and-drop or snap photos from your phone — we accept PDF, JPG, PNG, and DOC.
We pull your FMCSA authority status, safety rating, and insurance on file, then confirm your operating radius and lane preferences on a 10-minute onboarding call.
Your dispatcher builds a lane plan, sets you up with brokers, and starts sending rate confirmations. You approve — we book, send the packet, and track to delivery.
What you get
Dispatching is more than finding freight. We take the entire administrative load off your dashboard so the only thing you're managing is the road ahead.
We work the major load boards, direct broker relationships, and shipper contacts to find freight that actually fits your truck, your hours, and your home time — not just whatever is posted.
Your dispatcher negotiates every load against current market data, lane history, and deadhead cost. We fight for the rate you deserve and walk away from the ones that don't cover your operating cost.
We complete carrier packets, W-9s, and insurance certificates with every broker so you never fill out the same form twice. Your documents stay on file and current with us.
Loads sequenced around your clock, fuel-optimized routing, weigh station and permit awareness, and reload planning before you're empty — so you're not hunting freight at a truck stop at 9pm.
We assemble and submit the invoice packet — rate con, signed BOL, POD, lumper and scale receipts — to your factoring company or the broker directly, then chase anything that ages past terms.
Detention, layover, truck-order-not-used, and lumper reimbursements get documented and pursued. Money you earned sitting at a dock is money we go get.
Reminders and support for insurance renewals, MCS-150 biennial updates, UCR, IFTA quarters, and drug consortium enrollment — so a lapsed filing never shuts your authority down mid-week.
Before we commit your truck, we check the broker's credit score, days-to-pay history, and bond status. If they don't pay, we don't book them.
You get a named dispatcher who knows your truck and your preferences — not a rotating call center. Reachable by phone, text, or WhatsApp, around the clock.
The process
Here's exactly what happens after you hit submit — no mystery, no runaround.
Fill out the express onboarding form below with your authority details, equipment, home base, and lane preferences. Upload your carrier packet documents at the same time.
We verify your authority is active and in good standing with FMCSA, confirm your insurance limits and certificate holder details, and walk through your rate floor, preferred lanes, home time, and any places you won't run.
We submit your packet to brokers in your operating area and get you set up in their systems. Your dispatcher builds a target lane list based on where you live and where the freight pays.
You get a rate confirmation with the rate, miles, deadhead, commodity, appointment times, and broker credit score. Nothing gets booked without your yes. That's what "no forced dispatch" actually means.
We handle check calls, appointment changes, and problems at the dock. You keep driving. Before you're empty, your next load is already lined up.
Send us your signed BOL and receipts from your phone. We assemble the invoice packet and submit it to your factor or the broker, then follow up until it's paid.

Before you upload
These are the documents brokers ask for. Have them ready and onboarding takes minutes instead of days. Missing something? Upload what you have — we'll help you get the rest.
We can point you to what you need — MC/DOT authority, BOC-3 process agent, UCR registration, and the 21-day FMCSA protest period. Get in touch and we'll walk you through the sequence so you're not paying for the wrong thing first.
Ask about getting your authority →Your FMCSA operating authority (OP-1 / MC certificate) showing active status.

Why carriers stay
Questions
If your authority is active, your insurance is current, and you submit your packet through the express form, we can typically have you set up with brokers and sending you rate confirmations within 24 hours — often the same business day. The most common delay is an insurance certificate that needs to be updated by your agent, so check that date before you upload.
No. We do not do forced dispatch. Every load comes to you as an offer with the rate, miles, deadhead, commodity, appointment windows, and the broker's credit score. You say yes or no. We only book after you approve.
Load sourcing and negotiation, broker setup and carrier packets, rate confirmation handling, trip planning, check calls, invoice packet assembly and submission, and pursuit of detention, layover, TONU, and lumper reimbursements. There is no setup fee and no monthly minimum. You're not charged for loads you source yourself, and you're not charged on a load that cancels before pickup.
Yes, though it's an honest uphill climb. Many brokers require 90 days to 6 months of active authority before they'll set you up, and some load boards weight new MCs lower. We work the brokers who do take new authority, focus you on lanes where that matters less, and build your history deliberately so more doors open at the 90- and 180-day marks.
Dispatch service requires your own MC operating authority — we work for you, not the other way around. If you're currently leased on to a carrier, you can still talk to us about the transition. We'll tell you what it costs and how long it takes before you commit to anything.
Not at all. If you factor, send us your Notice of Assignment and we'll submit invoices straight to your factor. If you bill brokers directly, we'll submit to the broker's AP department and track the aging. Either way the paperwork is on us.
The common baseline is $1,000,000 auto liability and $100,000 cargo, with some shippers requiring higher cargo limits for electronics, pharma, or high-value freight. We'll be listed as a certificate holder so we can forward your COI to brokers without bothering your agent each time.
The dispatch agreement is month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice — no penalty, no early termination fee. We'll finish dispatching loads already booked and close out your invoicing so nothing gets stranded.
A dispatch service isn't a guarantor of broker payment, which is exactly why we check credit and days-to-pay before booking. If an invoice ages past terms we chase AP, escalate to the broker's bond or trust, and help you file with the surety. We'd rather turn down a load than put your money at risk.
Load planning happens during business hours across all U.S. time zones, and a dispatcher is reachable 24/7 for anything happening on the road — a detained truck, a rejected load, a breakdown, a rescheduled appointment. You'll have a direct number, not a queue.
